Vintage Art Deco Modernist Skyscraper Lamp, Nickel-plated Bronze And Glass Shade

  
Superb and imposing modernist art deco style lamp building / skyscraper, recalling the architectural constructions of the early twentieth century. Rare, decorative and perfectly functional, it will bring a touch of refinement to any interior, vintage or contemporary. The foot is in nickel-plated or silver-plated bronze, solid and very stable.

The glass shade with geometric lines rests on a three-armed brace. Note that it is pierced with three holes for a possible hang in suspension (the holes are closed by hardware in harmony with the metal structure of the lamp). Apart from a superficial égrenure on the periphery (see last photo) and some bubbles of cooking (current at the time) the glassware is is in very good state, just as the foot.

The lamp has been fully re-electrified from the original brass and porcelain b22 socket. A b22 bulb will be provided for countries using 220 volts.
