Each item is packed with the utmost care, taking its specific characteristics into account to ensure secure packaging that can withstand the rigors of shipping.

We use only recycled packaging, a practice that is particularly important to us and forms part of our broader commitment to sustainability.

Finding sturdy, suitable packaging, packing the item itself, and waiting at the post office can be very time-consuming. As a result, items may sometimes be dispatched more than 10 days after payment. Payment must be made within 8 days of the end of the sale, or on the day of collection if the item is picked up in person.

Items are generally dispatched within 72 hours of payment, but this may take up to 7 days if substantial packaging is required.
