Silvered bronze lamp, Art Deco molded pressed glass plaque, 1930, attributed to Etling Sabino

  
Rare decorative lamp for a living room, office, or bedside table. Very thick molded pressed glass with a highly stylized Art Deco motif of a pheasant taking flight, in the pure style of glassmakers such as Muller Frères, Sabino, Degué, Des Hanots, Etling, Petitot, and Hettier Vincent. Very stable base in chromed silvered bronze. In good overall condition, no damage. Height 25 cm, width 20 cm. Electrical system completely rewired in keeping with the period style, with twisted cotton-covered wire. A lamp of this type sold for 1,500 euros online (see last photo).
