Exceptional and rare Art Deco clock in gilded bronze and Persian red marble

  

Magnificent, rare, and very large mantel clock. Art Deco period (circa 1925). Made of red Persian travertine marble (Iran), green marble, and gilt bronze. Due to its quality, dimensions, and excellent state of preservation, it is in the style of the works of Sue and Mare: Louis Sue (1875–1968) or André Mare (1887–1932). The movement, with its original pendulum, is in perfect working order.

It strikes the hours and half-hours on the passing strike. Weight: 22 kg before packaging.
