RARE ANIMALIER STATUETTE - ART DECO - SIGNED FRÉCOURT. I am offering for sale this magnificent antique bronze sculpture (or bronze alloy) depicting a heron at rest, created by the renowned French animal sculptor Henry FRÉCOURT (active in the early 20th century). Artist: Henry FRÉCOURT (signature clearly visible on the base).

Subject: Heron / wading bird. Period: Art Deco (circa 1930). Material: Bronze with a golden-brown medal patina. Dimensions: Height approximately 10 cm. Use: Antique desk seal or display object (blank base, not engraved).

CONDITION: In beautiful used condition with a superb original patina. A few light signs of wear on the edges, showing its authenticity and age (see detailed photos).
